OMG!!
Has any of you went to Hobby Lobby or another craft store just to get one or two skeins of yarn and came out with 2 or 3 bags or more? Well, I do about everytime I go !! I just can’t resist that ” new” color, or that “new” textured yarn with sparkles that I just can’t live without. Only now…I live in a tiny home. My very supportive husband says, “Honey I know it’s pretty AND it’s on SALE but, where are you gonna put all that?”
My response is, I don’t know BUT…
So yes I have to admit to the world that I am a yarnoholic, I have a hard time saying NO to YARN!! I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one 🙂 Do you think we should start a yarn anonymous? If we did, we could talk about yarn at all of our meetings! Hmmm, now that sounds like a real idea! Okay sorry, I’m getting a little carried away.
What ever shall we do? I say what the heck buy MORE yarn. Especially if that’s what makes you happy! Smh! I just need more room! I thought moving into a tiny home by the lake was a good idea at first until I ran out of places to stash my YARN.
Yes, Summer’s are wild and we have lots of cookouts, boat rides, and we hang out on our lovely screened in porch playing card games. But, what about all my yarn and crochet supplies? I have my yarn in totes, book cases, and in boxes. It’s really NOT ideal! I need to get organized only, I’m not sure how to do that. August thru Februrary can sometimes get a little hairy. I have yarn in every little nook and cranny. Have you saw the meme going around on Facebook with the refrigerator full of yarn instead of food? Don’t think I haven’t thought about it haha!
I just need to watch my yarn purchases I guess. Only buy what I need, control my yarn addiction. If you have any ideas on my delima please send them my way! I love to crochet, it is my passion!
